Judging by the lip and how deep the lugs are, what would you say the specs are on these??

Not only is it an awesome look, Its so easy to acheive! Lowered, Wheels and tires, ITR style front lip, spoon style mirrors, and color matched side skirts.

Judging by sight, my wheel whore instincts tell me those are def. 16s.
My thoughts:
16x7 +40 with a 205/40/16.

the offset looks lower than +40

it looks like 16 by 7.5 with a +38 offset
