Wow, really sorry to see your nice car destroyed like that. You got hit REALLY hard. You might want to speak with an attorney. Also, these settlements take time (weeks, months, sometimes years if injuries are involved) and you shouldn't even contact the other person, only deal with their insurance. Oh, and btw: their insurance is out to fuck you over. You might get an ok price for the car, but the personal injury stuff will be a battle. good luck

ya seriously if you don't have or can't afford a lawyer, when they offer you settlement tell them you think it's a little low and that you would like to talk with your lawyer before you accept. i got an extra grand out of my celica by doing this. the price is negotiable to an extent

wow i didnt know it would take that long to go through. i didnt have any injury to myself other than a scab that really really hurts on my arm. maybe i can get some money from that lol jk.

update: insurance called today and took my information and the car accident information.

so hopefully ill b getting a settlement in a few days for all the people who r wondering if im parting out or not.
