did a 3rd-4th gear pull on the hwy last night and 1/2 way through 4th the bottom end let go violently. Once we got the car off the hwy and someplace i could park it since i knew it was not drivable (even though it was still running after it let go .. i had to shut the car off )
Here is what we found when we opened the hood
humm there seems to be something missing here...any ideas (fyi thats my act pressure plate)
the missing piece that was being held on by ONLY the slave cylinder
we had to remove some parts so we could pull it home

* ALSO WANT TO MAKE SURE THIS IS PERFECTLY CLEAR ... THE MOTOR LET GO BECAUSE OF TOO MUCH POWER FOR STOCK RODS, the motor let go because I pushed it hard and asked ALOT more then it was stable for. *
