Yeah my lawyer said theres ways to make it disappear being underage basically. It will be there yeah but it wont be on my record and all non moving violations for my tickets aside from like insurance raping me now( just have to take the dui classes for it to apply)

True my uncle should have gotten something by now but thats what a good lawyer can get you. Shows how shitty the whole justice\court system works

yeah insurance would definitely rape your bank account if it was stuck on there and not changed to non moving violations. i had a speeding ticket that SHOULD have made mine go up. was high enough the prosecuting attorney would touch it, had to take driving school to get the points removed but its on my record, they wouldnt reduce it but my ins never went up(this was over 2 years ago now)
i may not be "logical" but at least i can change my oil...

I hope everything works out well for you and you learned your lesson... sucks your faggot uncle doesn't understand the risk he brings to others.

I wish for his sake that Natural Selection takes him out soon.
I'm still a neighborhood ASSHOLE!

That I did I wont be drinking anymore. I dont drink often to begin with and Im not dumb about it, like said I was calling for a ride then blacked out, dont remember a single thing or even leaving the bar.

Meeting my lawyer tomorrow to pay him, he said hell have it postponed for 3-6 months. So ill be getting prepared, collecting money, and car shopping at the end of the month once i recover my license.

I may be buying my buddies 97 cobra or try picking up dales si

Drinking isn't the problem, plenty of us have drinks, just a matter of having a DD if you plan on drinking enough you won't be able to drive or having the discipline to stop if you don't have a DD. I'm usually the DD but when I'm not I make sure someone else is. I'd hate to have to live with injuring or killing someone because I shouldn't have been driving. I think that's enough to make most normal people take precautions. Sounds like you learned your lesson though and thankfully the only thing lost was replaceable.
