One of those things that skill makes look easy ... seems like the intial "mount" to the ball is the tricky part, but if get it right can add the spin and the weight transfer just flows from there?

I took a gymnastics class in college, and sometimes the real gymnasts would work out ... seeing that stuff in person is kinda' jaw dropping

I tryed it tonight at the gym it's not as easy as it looks the first time I rolled off the side and the second time I hit my head on the floor and said screw it he's good lol

no vids lol we were doing lunges in the arobics room at the gym and they had those balls in there so i was like what the hell why not and then tried it
