pay the ticket. when i got mine at olive/270 (largest intersection in the wooooorld) it said to pay the $100 to creve ceour and it strictly stated on there that it doesn't matter who was driving the car. they don't go by that. they go by the license plate and who the car is registered to regardless if you were driving it or not. quit bitching, buck up and pay the fine. its a non-moving violation anyways so its not going to go on your driving record...well, insurance driving record anyways.

if i didnt know my rights I'd pay, just like the average person would. But I think ima just see what happens, If they come after me, or want to issue a warrant, i may avoid the hassle and just pay, but we will see.

That's my car on 2 separate occasions

I paid both and both were non-moving

They don't have these in Florissant any more due to a large law suit someone has on them because that person wasn't driving the car and they got the ticket.

My brother got one of these at Kingshighway/Natural Bridge...he had to pay it. Right turn on red.
