Same here. Personally, I voted to leave the CF hood on there. Just work on getting all the body panels straightened out and direct that money underneth the hood.

IMO, "sleeper" means that you want it to look stock so that people don't take notice of you... to me that translates to: I want to look slow and stock so that cars with A LOT under the hood leave me alone, but I am able to pick on cars that are in my range that I think I can beat...

With the painted lower half and painted moldings, the hood would just be too much red for my taste. So unless the clearcoat is crap and it needs a respray anyway, I say leave it. money can be better spent elsewhere

there aren't many engine mods I can get for the cost it would be to get that hood painted. There is plenty under there that needs to be cleaned up and done right though.

I agree with Steve on this one. I think your car is too red to ever be a sleeper. It catches peoples eye. Like my crx.. looks beat down, the paint sucks, its rusted, but still looks stock on the outside.
