internet brands is the company who bought it awhile back and they are all about the money and not the community..

Apparently Internet Brands has been using zeroforums with out any licenses, and rather then getting the proper licenses they just switched to vB which most there other forums use. If you want a site that has the same general feel and a lot of the same users as H-T check out NWP4Life.

I think everyone will eventually get over it, but they basicly just turned Honda-Tech into SuperHonda or Clubsi by switching it to vB. I personally think the zeroforum is what helped set H-T apart from the slew of other Honda boards.

on the "old" HT i noticed my pages were loading kinda slow, and like 1/4 the time it said the page didmnt exist. i imagine this was while they were changing over? i dont blame them for being sellouts, if i could make money off of being a sellout, i would.

its because its vbulletin. compared to zeroforum it is going to be slower and more errors. ive been on HT for i think 5 or 6 years and there was never a time where it was slow for me and had errors. nothing like vbulletin..

btw, im the forced induction mod haha :) now time to get this train on the road.
