Ripping off the door handle was retarded.
seriously? there were a few times that I thought i might break the handles on my CRX's because of this very problem, and several times where i had to hit the passenger door from the inside to get it open. when you live in climates where it rains, especally in summer time(producing "humidity"), or snows in winter, weatherstripping has a tendancy to stick. basically: moisture plus heat/cold = sticking. If he doesn't drive the car daily(which I'm sure he doesn't) it will just magnify the problem and the doors will stick almost like glue, and having cheap plastic door handles doesn't help either. I could also get into the physics and strengths of cold plastic versus plastic that is at room temperature and what happens when a 'shock' force is applied, but my mind is too fucking numb from reading the asinine posts about how this guy is an idiot for breaking a door handle.00siandrew;79784 wrote:That guy is an idiot. How do you break a door handle by just trying to open it?
I think that proves my point. so please, do everyone a favor and quit your fucking bitching, shit happens.Seller wrote:last friday when it was cold i pulled to hard on the drivers side handle and broke it..
