If you're talking about the silver one with a turbo b18, then I'm pretty sure the video I posted is one of the earlier incarnations of that same CRV. And don't worry you're not crazy there's more than just you on this board who have what that dream, myself included, I halfway there I a least have a CRV already, too bad mine is only fwd and automatic.

btw I would like to see that pic and/or vid of that CRV with the snow plaw on it.

you sure you're not thinking of a crx? i just find it hard to believe someone would sell a 2000 crv for $100 unless it was totalled yet able to drive.
