why do you suspect the input shaft bearing to be bad? was the transmission making the noise before you swapped in the clutch/flywheel?

Everytime I press the clutch pedal it goes away and when I let it out it comes back and this is a newer trans which really makes me mad but it may also be the pilot shaft bearing I'm not sure

Also to answer your question no it wasn't making that noise just a loud ass squeak which ended up being my throw out bearing now it still bogs down when I turn the wheel or ingage the clutch while its sitting still so if after I change my 02 sensor after cat and put in a knock sensor if its still bogging down I'm gana change my power steering pump ..after I loosen the belt a little just to make sure its not to tight and that be the issue

In my experience, many cars bog a little when you turn the wheel while sitting still/ idling. You're asking the power steering pump to do work, while running at very low RPM.
