I should also note that budget is important. Gotta be cheap lol
It looks like my best bet is that Tokico HP kit.

If you want a budget setup that will give you a bit of a drop and will last more then a few months, the S2 struts and springs are the way to go.
The Tokico HP's (Blues) and KYB GR-2's are more equivalent to an OEM strut then a performance strut. Most lowering springs and coilover sleeves have springrates that are well beyond what comes on the car from the factory. When you match those lowering springs or coilover sleeves with a strut that isn't valved appropriately for your springrates and compress that strut into a range that it isn't meant to operate in, you're going to severely compromise the life of the strut. The S2 struts are valved to match the springrates of their lowering springs and have a shorter body to keep it in it's optimal range of operation.
Edit: The Koni's are a nice strut. But from a budget stand-point, they don't fit his needs. For the same price as the Koni's, he can get the S2 springs, struts, and new bumpstops, bushings and hardware.

I have h&r springs/ koni str-t struts on my GSR. They were on the car when I bought it, and have been fine so far. My only complaint is the set up feels a little soft to me at times, but over all is very comfortable for a daily driver. I drive 60 miles round trip to work everyday.

Do not get blox lca's. If you spend the 110 to get them spend the extra 60 and get the new black works racing LCA's. Much better bushings and are pretty.
Skunk2 setups are best for DD IMO.
