There are 2 plugs under dash and I wasn't sure witch one it was. So I jumpered them both, and didn't get any codes at all. Just a solid cel. I'm starting to think my wiring harness is just messed up. I have not been able to find anyone online that has had low or no volts on the k test, and not fix it by replacing the Ecu. Once again, all I can think of is wiring harness at this point. I'm so lost.

I just realized I out this on Ecu tech... Should I have put this on just the Acura Honda tech?? I figured this would be ok since it's Ecu related... Except I think this is more of a tuning section. Sorry guys

Wait.......youre using the harness on the motor and it is a JDM motor in a US car?
