no it turns over and moves the motor....its not jus whining

when you crank it dose the tac bounce up and down? are your injectors fireing (crank it a few times and pull the plugs and look for signs of fuel easy way of doing it) check your main relay under your dash thats my first guess and check your grounds while your in there idk why but grounds are almost always the problem when you get this kinda stuff.
turbo lag psh? boost is only a down shift away

Im not sure if this will help you, but practically the same thing happened to me and it was my distributor
