Is it a journal or a dbb turbo? If its dbb and newer, you can buy a replacement chra from them for a discounted price. If it is journal, take it to John @ the Turbo Center. He did all the fabrication on my mainifold and wastegate dump, along w/ being the go-to guy for the majority of the big power guys I know. He's the shit.
