I had good luck with the MSD cap and coil as in it didnt make my car run like crap. It also didnt make it run any better. It did however make the cap transparent and you could see the spark(Novelty wears off quick)

you can use an OEM H22 rotor cap on B16s if you have an external coil. It has a post for the coil wire, and costs 1/2 of a price of an MSD one.
