If 1 person starts it, ban them... if the recipiant retaliates, ban them as well.

I say make if for a day. An hour isn't long enough for some people that aren't mature enough to handle a privilege .

ban them. it gets old watching ppl start shit/make fun of ppl all day/everyday. maybe those ppl par-taking in it need to re-evaluate their lives.
