Dude im so sorry, i guess i misunderstood, when they posted up the pictures i figured you were a friend and they knew you wouldn't care i see your pictures all over this site and they're always amazing, everyone on here seems to be a friend/know you, i don't mean to step on anyones toes here, i will remove it right now if you want me to, just a misunderstanding.

no man i understand, i can send you some images of the shirts i will be selling and hook you up if you are interested in any of the designs as well as get you a decal with the label name and such for your car, leaning towards Togue Factory's holographic decal printing they do.

LAWL...this happened before to me with another forum. As long as you use plenty of expletives, they almost always take your picture down.

I'm with Potts on this one, in principal. For the most part, he's way too generous with his time and finished product. Some douchebag like me can't go around charging people for my work, but everyone thinks so highly of Mr. Poops, he probably deserves to start charging folks.

Well, if Potts gets paid, shouldn't the owner of the car, too? I mean, the owner OWNS the car. LOL. I think if the owner of the car is giving their pics away (giving the OK to use said pictures), that is consent enough for use of the picture, isn't it? If not, I guess the photographer should split the royalties with the car owner. It's only fair; without the car, there would be no pic....

Or am I missing something?

well, when a photog shoots a car for a mag or anything to get published, the owner never gets any compensation for it, just bragging rights

true, my Tacoma was in MiNI Truckin magazine years ago and it was cool to see it in there...
i have never even thought to ask for anything monetary for it, nor would I...
