I would think that after he shoved around 2 cops and resisted arrest with physical force that he deserved exsessive force. Do you ever watch cops? they taser people for far less.

As for as the BS that bro was saying, the reason Kerry didn't fight after the election was he didn't want to make to democrats look like winy bitches, like Gore did. Or it becuase he was a part of Skull and Crossbones, Pacie FTW.

what exactly did he resist at first the guy that came up took his hand behind his back like he was being arrested, for what? last time i check it wasnt against the law to be obnoxious and loud...

lol @ u. do you even know what exessive force is? Continuing to use force even though the subject is in capable of harming the arresting officers or if the subject is obtained. Even with handcuffs on one arm and many warnings to stop the student continued to flail; making him still capable of injuring any one around him. the taser was used until he was subdued, which is what they are there for. heres an example of excessive force if you need me to draw a picture for you.

One thing i dont understand about this whole ordeal is why does everyone seem to think he was getting arrested when he was leaving the mike? The cops came from behind him, do you really think it would be that hard to throw a cuff on him while he was facing away? no it wouldnt. So why didnt they? I dunno, maybe the crazy idea THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO ARREST HIM. Have you ever thought of the possibility that some leader of the school asked the officers to get him away because he was making the school look bad? Or maybe that Kerry's men just wanted him to stop talking? Or maybe he just asked too many fucking questions; there could have been a limit :dunno: Either way, all of this could have been avoided if he didn't fight.
It bugs me to no end that people look at shit like this so one-sidedly (if thats a word). Open your eyes people.
