yeah...that would make some pretty good power...but 12:1 compression..was he running race gas lol?

Oh yeah when it was dynoed that was right after the swap, and before tuningthe motor.

hey did your brother build that car b/c i worked with a guy at west county bmw that claimed he built that car forgot his name but he also drove an el camino

I'm sorry, I am not trying to be a dick. With my last honda I was building a similar motor, so I know exactly what it entails to get those numbers, and I don't see that from the pics.

The guy that put the bodykit on it. his name is Sean Kelley and he had the stock motor with intake and exhaust.

im sure it made good power and sounds like a nice build but your still not gonna make 230whp on a dc header, look to spend upwards of $1000 for a good header that wont choke a built motor such as smsp, hytech etc.

and 12:1 is definately doable on pump gas with a decent tuner, plenty of others running higher compression then that and still on pump gas'

Ah, i wasnt thinking..i unno if id want that much compression enless it was only a strip car.
