Suspension and wheels swapped over. the ride height on it, honestly, turned out just right. the rear are roller or anything and the car sits perfectly where it needs to be so nothing gets torn up.

same on the fronts, i have the car sitting just right to where i can keep the front inner fender lining and not get it torn up as well as the painted mudflaps.

Very pleased. and the fronts got the spacers, didn't want to push it in the rear and glad i didn't.

So far the things I have noticed....

Different front ends (Grill, headlights, fenders, bumpers, fogs, hood)
Different tail lights (03-04 had the amber removed from the tails)
Navigation
On Star
Emergency call button
Built in garage door opener
03-04 has better suspension and upgraded bushings
03-04 came with paint matched side skirts and mud guards
Power on the '96 was 212 HP and 230 ft/lbs, Power on the '02 and up went to 225 HP and 231 ft/lbs
More detailed steering wheel
Hide away center console cup holders with light up tray
2nd cigarette lighter / phone charger in center console
Upgraded alloy wheels
Auto-dimming reverse mirror

Took a better side shot of the car the other day as well since I had some free time after working on the house...

I also had a chance to test fit the Mustang wheels from a friend, 18x8.5 (+38) with paint matched centers... I'm kind of digging them.

Some work would need to be taken care of though. A little pulling and rolling would need to be done...
