Yea, ive been reading the Genesis 2.0T boards, and theres a decent amount of free mods, and very cheap mods you can do to wake these cars up. I found there are a couple of baffles in the intake tube that make it quieter, but at the same time cut off almost 1inch of the piping diameter, Its still a 3inch O/D pipe, but the inside is like barley over 2. They solve that with a 3inch long 3inch metal pipe you get at auto zone for $2, and remove the baffle. Supposedly its there to make the turbo quieter, so thats getting removed asap. lol

They also adjust a screw on the wastegate 2 full turns, and people are seeing 12wtq and about 4whp. So I did that already today, and I will say, it feels a little peppier at 4grand, after that its kinda hard to tell, havent driven it enough to probably tell such a small difference.

Yeah, Volkswagen has some sound-deadening measures for their 2.0T intake as well. Once you go aftermarket you can really hear that turbo.

Not that it does a damn thing for power really, but if you love to hear it spool up, that mod is for you!
